我公司多次成功地进行了椭圆楼梯的施工。现在将我们在海南文华大酒店一椭圆楼梯模板施工时的具体做法介绍如下。这个椭圆楼梯从地下二层到地下一层共2层,每层设有休息平台,梯井是由长轴为2100毫米、短轴为800毫米的内椭圆组成,外椭圆长轴为5100毫米、短轴为3800毫米,长短轴的4个顶点上的预埋铁,分别与4个240毫米×300毫米构造柱上相应的预埋铁用4根直径25毫米固定螺栓连接(图1)。
Our company has successfully carried out the construction of elliptical stairs many times. Now we will introduce the specific practices for the construction of an oval staircase formwork at the Mandarin Hotel in Hainan as follows. The elliptical staircase consists of two floors from the second underground floor to the underground floor. Each floor has a rest platform. The stepped well consists of an inner ellipse with a major axis of 2100 mm and a minor axis of 800 mm. The outer elliptical axis is 5100 mm. The short axis was 3,800 mm, and the embedded irons on the four vertices of the major and minor axes were connected to the corresponding embedded iron on four 240 mm x 300 mm structural columns with four 25 mm diameter fixed bolts (Fig. 1).
