金融危机的影响,使浙江纺织产业深受打击。客观地分析,浙江省纺织产业尚属传统的劳动密集型产业,其核心的竞争优势仍然在于低廉的劳动力成本,而技术创新能力不足显然已成为制约产业可持续发展的关键障碍。本文认为,要振兴浙江纺织产业,其突破口在于尽快构建纺织产业技术创新公共平台,以加大技术创新研发力度、建立和健全浙江省纺织产业的知识产权保护体系、技术中介服务体系等。
The impact of the financial crisis, Zhejiang textile industry hit hard. Objectively speaking, the textile industry in Zhejiang Province is still a traditional labor-intensive industry. Its core competitive advantage is still the low labor cost. However, the lack of technological innovation has obviously become a key obstacle to the sustainable development of the industry. This paper argues that to revitalize the textile industry in Zhejiang Province, the breakthrough lies in building a public platform for technological innovation in textile industry as soon as possible so as to intensify R & D in technological innovation and establish and improve the intellectual property protection system and technical intermediary service system for textile industry in Zhejiang Province.
