本文介绍了我院研制的预应力砼空心板计算机辅助设计系统(KXBCAD)。该系统包括空心板设计计算程序及施工图绘制程序两大部分。计算程序(KXBJS)用FORTRAN-77编制,可完成先张法预应力砼空心板从受力分析、配筋计算到截面应力验算和变形验算的全过程。施工图绘制程序用Autolisp语言编写,可完成不同跨径及各种斜度的空心板一般构造图和钢筋布置图的绘制。通过在新乡新济公路与国道107接线工程和郑州至新郑高速公路上程中试用,效果很好。
This paper introduces the computer aided design system (KXBCAD) of prestressed concrete hollow slab developed in our hospital. The system includes hollow slab design calculation program and construction drawing program two parts. Computation program (KXBJS) with FORTRAN-77 prepared to complete pre-tensioned prestressed concrete hollow slab from the stress analysis, reinforcement calculation to the section stress checking and deformation checking the entire process. Construction drawing program written in Autolisp language, can be completed with different span and a variety of slopes of the general structure of hollow slab drawing and drawing layout. Through Xinxiang Xinji Highway and State Road 107 connection project and Zhengzhou to Xinzheng Expressway on the trial, the effect is very good.
