什邡县认真贯彻省委提出的发展我省经济加快“一条线”建设的战略,抓住机遇,加大改革开放力度,快马加鞭发展经济,1993年,全县实现工农业总产值52.3亿元,财政收入3.38亿元。今年5月,经省有关部门综合考评,什邡县名列“一条线”各县综合经济实力“榜首”。什邡县经济快速、全面、协调发展,经济实力增强的一个重要原因是狠抓了投入。他们不仅注重物力的投入,而且狠抓了人才的投入。在这方面,县委组织部把狠抓人才的投入作为服务经济建设,加强基层组织建设的出发点和立足点,从而加强和改进了新时期的组织工作。
