各区、县人民政府,市政府各委、办、局,各市属机构:根据《国务院办公厅关于印发国家经贸委管理的国家局机构改革和国家经贸委机关内设机构调整方案的通知》(国办发[2000]81号)精神,北京市机械设备成套局划归本市管理。经市政府同意,现将有关事项通知如下:北京市机械设备成套局为市政府直属事业单位,业务接受市建委领导,主要负责为建设和技术改造项目提供成套设备并从事项目勘察、工程招标、工程咨询等服务,今后按照建立和完善社会主义市场经济体制的要求,逐步过渡为企业。
All districts and counties, people’s governments, and municipal government committees, offices, bureaus, and municipal agencies: According to the “Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Printing and Distributing the State Bureau’s Institutional Reforms Governing the Management of the State Economic and Trade Commission and the Internal Agency Adjustment Plan of the State Economic and Trade Commission’s Organs” ( In the spirit of the State Administration of Development [2000] No. 81), the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Mechanical Equipment was placed under the management of the city. With the consent of the municipal government, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows: The Beijing Machinery and Equipment Complete Bureau is a municipal government directly under the agency, and the business is under the leadership of the municipal construction committee. It is mainly responsible for providing complete sets of equipment for construction and technological transformation projects and engaging in project investigation and project bidding. Services such as engineering consulting will gradually transition to enterprises in accordance with the requirements of establishing and improving a socialist market economic system.
