On April 20, 2017, the 10th Session of the Second Session of the Coal Institute of Political Science and Law and the Second Secretariat Forum of Party Committee of China’s Coal Industry were held in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. Li Dedong, president of China Coal Research Institute, and Zang Wengui, honorary president, He Shuguo, vice president and secretary general, and Wang Zi and Li Aiqiu, the vice chairmen of the delegation, attended the meeting. More than 230 representatives of member units attended the meeting. On behalf of the Tenth Board of Trustees, President Li Dedong summarized the work in 2016, analyzed the new situation of China’s coal economy operation, emphasized the key work in 2017, put forward the proposals
