误区一:凭蛋白质含量评价饲料质量将蛋白质含量作为评价水产饲料质量的惟一指标,是不全面、不科学的。其一,饲料的营养指标还包括脂肪、碳水化合物、维生素和矿物质元素等。如果饲料蛋白质水平很高,其他营养成分不均衡,也会影响饲料的利用率,增加成本,污染水体环境。其二,蛋白质由氨基酸组成,只有氨基酸才能最终被水生动物吸收并利用。
Myth # 1: Evaluating feed quality by protein content The protein content as a sole indicator of the quality of aquafeeds is not comprehensive or unscientific. First, feed nutrition indicators include fat, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals and so on. If the feed protein level is high, other nutrients are not balanced, will also affect the utilization of feed, increase costs, pollute the water environment. Second, the protein consists of amino acids, and only amino acids can eventually be absorbed and used by aquatic animals.
