目的:了解糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织中Ca~(2+)-Mg~(2+)-ATP(ase)活性变化,探索影响糖尿病视网膜病变发生发展的有关因素。方法:应用孔雀绿比色分析法对糖尿病大鼠发病后不同时期内视网膜组织中Ca~(2+)-Mg~(2+)-ATP(ase)活性进行了检测,并与空腹血糖、糖基化血红蛋白、视网膜组织中Ca~(2+)-Mg~(2+)-ATP(ase)含量及病程进行了分析。结果:糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织中Ca~(2+)-Mg~(2+)-ATP(ase)活性明显下降,Mg~(2+)含量下降,而Ca~(2+)含量则增加,Ca~(2+)-Mg~(2+)-ATP(ase)活性变化与空腹血糖、糖基化血红蛋白、视网膜组织中Mg~(2+)含量的变化及病程密切相关。结论:糖尿病大鼠视网膜组织中Ca~(2+)-Mg~(2+)-ATP(ase)活性下降可能是糖尿病视网膜病变的病理基础之一。
Objective: To investigate the changes of Ca ~ (2 +) - Mg ~ (2 +) - ATP (ase) activity in diabetic retinopathy and to explore the factors affecting the development of diabetic retinopathy. Methods: The Ca ~ (2 +) - Mg ~ (2 +) - ATP (ase) activity in retinal tissue of diabetic rats at different stages after onset was detected by malachite green colorimetric assay and was compared with fasting plasma glucose, The levels and duration of Ca ~ (2 +) - Mg ~ (2 +) - ATP (ase) in hemoglobin and retinal tissue were analyzed. Results: The activity of Ca ~ (2 +) - Mg ~ (2 +) - ATP (ase) in the retina of diabetic rats decreased significantly, the content of Mg ~ (2+) decreased and the content of Ca ~ The changes of Ca ~ (2 +) - Mg ~ (2 +) - ATP (ase) activity were closely related to the changes of fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and the content of Mg ~ (2+) in retina and the course of disease. Conclusion: The decrease of Ca ~ (2 +) - Mg ~ (2 +) - ATP (ase) activity in diabetic retinopathy may be one of the pathological basis of diabetic retinopathy.
