建筑工程施工管理是关乎施工企业经济和人们生命财产安全的头等大事。本文从探讨建筑工程施工管理研究的重要意义出发,详细阐述了建筑工程施工管理策略的重要性和重要地位。而后笔者深入分析了现阶段建筑工程施工阶段的主要管理工作的基本内容所在并就相应的施工管理体系做了系统的论述分析。最后,笔者结合自身多年工作研究经验,针对建筑工程施工安全管理问题,谈了自己的看法和观点。
Construction and construction management is related to the construction business economy and people’s lives and property safety top priority. In this paper, starting from the significance of the study on the construction management of construction projects, this paper elaborates the importance and importance of the construction management strategies. Then the author deeply analyzed the basic contents of the main management work in the construction stage of the current stage and made a systematic exposition and analysis on the corresponding construction management system.
