圆柱齿轮在渗碳淬火后花键孔会产生不同程度的缩孔变形。我厂原采用高速钢挤压刀进行挤压校正,但只能解决40~50%,剩余部分则由热处理退火后进行拉刀扩孔和淬火校正。这样做,不仅延长了生产周期,严重影响生产任务的完成,而且产品质量不能保证。我们带着问题,认真学习了毛主席的有关教导,边分析边学习,参照化学去毛刺的原理,经多次试验,终于用腐蚀法扩孔解决了这个问题,现介绍如下。
