目的用高效液相色谱法测定八厘散中血竭素的含量。方法采用HyperClone BDS C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-0.05 mol.L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液(35∶65);流速1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长440 nm;柱温35℃。结果血竭素高氯酸盐浓度的线性范围为2.96~14.80μg.mL-1,r=0.999 8,回收率为98.54%(RSD=1.36%)。结论本法方便、快速、准确,可用于八厘散中的血竭素的含量测定。
Objective To determine the content of holophanin in Hashidani powder by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods A HyperClone BDS C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05 mol.L-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution (35∶65); the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1; the detection wavelength was 440 nm. Column temperature 35 °C. RESULTS: The linear range of the concentration of the diloxanthine perchlorate was 2.96-14.80 μg.mL-1, r=0.999 8. The recovery was 98.54% (RSD = 1.36%). Conclusion This method is convenient, rapid and accurate. It can be used for the determination of the plasma Drhocidine in Hejisan.
