本文讨论了我国当前经济增长中是否存在“泡沫”的问题。因为“泡沫”作为一般均衡的结果出现的条件是经济处于增长的“动态无效率”之中,而我国此前的确在一条“动态无效率”的增长路径上,因此确实存在“泡沫”。但是目前增长的一些特点使这种“动态无效率”状态有改善的趋势,同时应该注意到那些导致“动态无效率”出现的因素仍未消失。这是我们在政策上需要认真对待的。
This article discusses whether there is a “bubble” in China’s current economic growth. Because “bubbles” emerged as a result of the general equilibrium, the economy is in a state of “dynamic inefficiency” of growth and our country did indeed have a “dynamic and inefficient” growth path. Therefore, “bubbles” really exist. However, some features of the current increase tend to improve this “dynamic inefficiency” situation. At the same time, it should be noted that the factors that lead to “dynamic inefficiency” have not disappeared yet. This is a policy that we need to take seriously.
