目的 :初步探讨食管癌患者外周血白细胞介素 - 8(以下简称 IL - 8)含量变化的临床价值。方法 :应用酶联免疫吸附 (EL ISA)法对 34例食管癌患者外周血 IL- 8含量进行检测 ,并与正常人进行比较分析。结果 :肿瘤患者外周血 IL- 8含量显著高于正常人对照组 ,且与临床分期有关。 IL- 8含量升高与组织类型、分化程度、年龄、性别未显示统计学差异。结论 :内源性 IL - 8水平升高是机体抗肿瘤免疫反应之一。 IL - 8检测可作为食管癌辅助诊断和病情监测的参考指标。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of the changes of interleukin - 8 (IL - 8) in peripheral blood of patients with esophageal cancer. Methods: The levels of IL-8 in peripheral blood of 34 patients with esophageal cancer were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and compared with that of normal subjects. Results: The content of IL-8 in peripheral blood of cancer patients was significantly higher than that of normal controls and was related to clinical stage. IL-8 content increased with the type of tissue, degree of differentiation, age, gender did not show statistical differences. Conclusion: Elevated level of endogenous IL - 8 is one of the anti - tumor immune responses. IL - 8 test can be used as a reference for the diagnosis of esophageal cancer and disease monitoring.
