近年来,随着大量的流动人口涌向大城市、城市房价和房租的不断攀升,群租现象悄然兴起。群租既是一个经济问题,也是一个社会问题,适当的行政和立法干预是应该的,但也不能忽视低收入群体的居住权和生存权问题,需要综合治理,在加强政策立法和行政管理的同时需要一些人文关怀。
In recent years, with a large number of floating population flocking to the big cities, urban housing prices and rent continues to rise, group rent phenomenon quietly rise. Group rent is not only an economic issue but also a social issue. Appropriate administrative and legislative intervention should be appropriate.
