伴随环境污染的加重和吸烟人数的增多,肺癌日益成为危害人类健康的重大疾患,其发病率逐年上升,非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)是肺癌的主要类型,但70%～80%患者确诊已属中晚期,丧失手术的机会,仅能行以化疗为主的综合治疗[1],因此探讨有效的化疗药物一直备受关注。丽水市人民医院肿瘤内科于2006年1月—2007年12月采用吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗晚期NSCLC患者50例,取得较好疗效,现报告如下。
