可靠性设计是指由产品方案设计一直到大批生产之前所进行的工作。由于产品类型不同，产品作为一个系统的组成复杂程度不同，各类产品失效模式不同以及工作条件不同等，产品的可靠性设计内容不尽完全相同。本文对ＣＡＫ系列数控车床提出了相应的改进措施。
Reliability design refers to the work done from the product design to the mass production. Due to the different types of products, the complexity of the product as a system is different, the failure modes of various products are different, and the working conditions are different. The reliability design contents of the products are not all the same. This text has put forward the corresponding improvement measure to CAK series numerical control lathe.
