课堂教学需要教师对课堂进行有效的管理,课堂管理与教学组织对课堂教学效果具有积极意义。本文探讨针对目前中职学校课堂管理的现状与问题,分析原因,提出课堂管理与教学的对策,以提高课堂教学效果。
Classroom teaching requires teachers to effectively manage the classroom, classroom management and teaching organization has a positive effect on classroom teaching effectiveness. This article explores the status quo and problems of current classroom management in secondary vocational schools, analyzes the reasons, and puts forward the countermeasures of classroom management and teaching in order to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.
