随着我国经济的飞速发展,国有企业对于国民经济的增长发挥着越来越重要的作用。石油化工企业作为国有企业中一支重要力量,如何针对石油化工企业建立于社会主义市场经济体制相适应的人力资源管理模式,在新经济形势下加强石油化工企业员工培训工作,最充分发挥员工价值,促进石油化工企业的更快更好的发展,就成为我国着重研究的课题。本文通过分析新经济形势下石化企业员工培训工作的开展现状,进而提出通过建立一支高水平的企业培训师队伍,用开放的方法培训国际化经营人才,培训内容从“技能”中心向“人本”中心过渡,对员工培训情况进行信息化管理四个方面措施促进石化企业提升员工培训工作水平提升。
With the rapid economic development in our country, state-owned enterprises play an increasingly important role in the growth of the national economy. As an important force in the state-owned enterprises, how to deal with the human resources management mode that the petrochemical enterprises adapt to the socialist market economy system and how to strengthen the staff training in the petrochemical enterprises under the new economic situation so as to give full play to the value of the staff , To promote faster and better development of petrochemical enterprises has become the focus of our study. By analyzing the present situation of training staff in petrochemical enterprises under the new economic situation, this paper proposes that through training a team of high-level corporate trainers and training international managers with an open approach, the training content should be from the center of “skills” “People ” center transition, information management of staff training measures in four areas to promote petrochemical enterprises to enhance staff training levels.
