庆丰包子铺高管近日向媒体证实,庆丰包子铺计划通过借壳上市的方式登陆新三板,目前,资产重组与整合工作正在进行中,有望在明年3、4月登陆。庆丰包子铺隶属于北京华天饮食集团公司,目前拥有300余家门店,其中北京门店262家。据庆丰包子铺总经理高文慧表示,庆丰包子铺计划未来五年将门店数量发展到1000家,其中80%将是加盟店。为了配合门店扩张计划,庆丰将在沈阳、哈尔滨、山东、郑州和西安分别建设5个物流基地。近年来庆丰实现了高速发展,美誉度不断提高,许多来北京的外地旅客专门前往品尝。副总经理徐林表示,
