普芬道夫和密尔从自然法思想与功利主义思想出发,对于国家给予民众的权利义务关系有各自独到的见解,两位大家的见解哲理富有时代内涵以至于占据了欧洲当时的主流思想,对于权利与义务何者居于首位的问题的思考一直影响到现代法治社会。
According to the thought of natural law and the utilitarianism, Pfeiffer and Mill had their own unique views on the rights and obligations that the state gave the people. Both of them have rich content of the times so that they occupy the mainstream thoughts of the time in Europe. Reflections on the question of which rights and obligations top the list have affected the modern rule of law society.
