以组织胺引喘试验和放射性配基结合分析法证明,豚鼠经反复应用异丙肾上腺素可见β-肾上腺素受体反应性降低和肺组织β-受体数目减少。腹腔注射甘草水煎剂或甘草提取物Lx66可以防止上述变化,而腹腔注射甘草次酸或甘草水煎剂灌胃则无此种保护作用。
The histamine induced asthma test and radioligand binding assays demonstrated that guinea pigs showed decreased β-adrenoceptor reactivity and decreased number of β-adrenergic receptors in lung tissue after repeated administration of isoproterenol. Intraperitoneal injection of licorice decoction or licorice extract Lx66 can prevent the above changes, while intraperitoneal injection of glycyrrhetinic acid or licorice decoction gavage has no such protective effect.
