目的:探讨纳米银应用于Ⅱ度烧伤创面的临床效果及应用价值。方法:选取我院收治的108例Ⅱ度烧伤患者作为本次的研究对象,以治疗方式的不同将其分为观察组和对照组,每组54例,对照组采用皮维碘纱布换药,观察组患者则采用皮维碘纳米银敷料换药,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者中Ⅱ度烧伤及深Ⅱ度烧伤的创面平均愈合时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用纳米银治疗Ⅱ度烧伤可有效促进患者创面愈合。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect and application value of nano-silver for second-degree burn wounds. Methods: One hundred and eighty patients with grade Ⅱ burn who were treated in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. The treatment group was divided into observation group and control group with 54 cases in each group. The control group was treated with PIVI gauze dressing, The observation group patients were treated with skin-dimensional nano-silver dressing dressing, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results: The mean wound healing time of second degree burn and deep second degree burn in observation group were significantly better than that of control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of second degree burn with nano-silver can effectively promote the wound healing of patients.
