Caofeidian District, Tangshan City is located in the southeast coast of Hebei, with a total area of 1943 square kilometers, of which: 38 acres of arable land, with an available shoreline of 69.5 kilometers, has been the development and utilization of 20.03 kilometers. The total resident population of 268,700 people, under the jurisdiction of Caofeidian Industrial Zone, Tangshan Bay Ecological City, Nanpu Development Zone and three towns, 10 farms and 2 farms. Caofeidian Industrial Zone is the main battlefield for economic development and construction in the region with a planned area of 380 km2 (310 km2 of land area and 70 km2 of water area)
