潜孔冲击器是露天和井下矿山钻凿炮孔的主要工具。无阀潜孔冲击器是利用活塞及内缺壁上形成的沟槽实现配气动作,在活塞的往复运动中自动切断和打开高压气路,实现冲击动作。当提起无阀潜孔冲击器的瞬间,钻头已脱离所接触的岩石,此时活塞应立刻切断高压气路,使活塞不再发生冲击动作。否则将产生“空击”现象,势必严重地损伤冲击器内部各个部件。为此,应在设计中,从结构上保证不发生这种现象。
