脑病脂肪肝综合征,国外称Reyés综合征。此病国内已有少数报告,我们曾见到一例,简介如下: 病例:李×、男孩、1岁半。住院号内儿科75-882。1975年4月24日17时入院。家人诉:患儿于入院当天早上突然抽搐,迅速昏迷。以往健康,病前无特殊病史。20天前注射过乙脑预防针1次。检查:患儿深度昏迷,体温37.2℃,脉搏144次/分,呼吸32次/分(节律不整),血压90/52毫米汞柱。口唇紫
