ZK302孔的地质情况及处理1984年6月施工的ZK302孔,由于断裂构造穿插,有三层共18.12米破裂带的粗砂岩、砂砾岩。在钻进中,泥浆不上返,漏失严重,我们用以下三种方法处理。1.加稠原浆粘度,降低失水量钻进到397.88米处,发现所用的PAM低固相冲洗液不上返,顶水钻进到399米,提钻倒出岩心,呈破裂状粗砂岩及砂砾岩。随即将泥浆加土量由4%增大到6%,PAM加量由100ppm增加到300ppm,粘度达到24秒,失水量降低到3cc/30分。下钻由399.00米钻进到402.42米,进尺3.42米,仍不返水、提钻另想堵漏方法。
