在数学教学中,我们数学老师遇到的困惑中最主要的并不是数学知识本身,而是在面对学生时,不知如何使他们愉悦地、创造性地去学习,去接受数学天地里的宝藏。我努力探索着从建立新型的师生关系;微笑教学,营造宽松的学习氛围;创设情景,激发学生主动参与、合作交流的兴趣;激发学生的内驱力;让学生体验学习数学的快乐等这五个方面去解决这个难题,尝试着去突破它们,得到一些效果,现把它抛出以期达到抛砖引玉的功效。
In maths teaching, the most important factor in the puzzles confronting math teachers is not math knowledge itself. Instead, in the face of students, I do not know how to make them learn happily and creatively and accept the treasures in mathematics world. I try my best to explore new relationships between teachers and students, smile teaching, create a relaxed atmosphere for learning, create scenarios to stimulate students ’interest in active participation and cooperation and exchange, stimulate students’ internal drive, and make students experience the joy of learning mathematics. Five areas to solve this problem, try to break them, get some results, now it is thrown in order to achieve the effect of attracting bricks and stones.
