目前我省公共场所对茶具的消毒一般使用电子消毒柜,也有一部分使用化学法消毒。为比较两种方法的消毒效果,我们于1996年6~7月对部分市县的公共场所茶具进行大肠菌群检测,现将结果报告如下。对象与方法1.对象:选择温州、金华、衢州、丽水市地35家公共场所,其中使用电子消毒柜消毒方法的有28家,使用化学法消毒的有7家。2.材料与方法:使用南京三爱实业有限公司制造的“大肠菌群快速检测纸片法(GB14934—94)。将该纸片用1ml无菌生理盐水湿润后立即贴于茶具内侧距口2cm处,30秒钟后取下放回原包装塑料袋中,置37℃培养15~18小时后看结果。
At present, public places in our province on the disinfection of tea ware generally use electronic disinfection cabinet, but also part of the use of chemical disinfection. In order to compare the disinfection effects of the two methods, we conducted coliform tests on tea sets in public places in some cities and counties in June-July 1996, and the results are reported as follows. PARTICIPANTS: 35 public places in Wenzhou, Jinhua, Quzhou and Lishui were selected, of which 28 were disinfected by electronic disinfection cabinet and 7 were disinfected by chemical method. 2. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The Coliforms Quick Test Method for Paper (GB14934-94) manufactured by Nanjing Aisi Industry Co., Ltd. The paper was wetted with 1 ml of sterile physiological saline and immediately attached to the inside of the tea set at a distance of 2 cm from the mouth, After 30 seconds, remove and put back in the original packaging plastic bag, set at 37 ℃ for 15 to 18 hours to see the results.
