为了开发利用新原料,我们在棉籽壳床栽平菇的基础上,又进行了花生壳袋栽凤尾菇试验,现将试验结果初报如下:(一)制栽培种供试凤尾菇种引自湖南农学院蔬菜教研室。生产种配方为:花生壳(晒干用脚踏碎)40%,棉籽壳53.7%,过磷酸钙2.5%,磷酸二氢钾0.3%,蔗糖1%,石膏粉1.5%,石灰1%。其中花生壳用0.1%的高锰酸钾溶液预湿1天,再与其它辅料混合均匀,含水量为65%,pH 值7.5左右.将培养料装入17×25cm 聚丙烯塑料袋中,常压灭菌10小时,无菌操作接入原种,置于室内自然温度下发菌,35天菌丝长满袋.(二)接种栽培栽培料配方为;花生壳50%,棉籽壳44.7%,过磷酸钙2.5%,石膏粉1.5%,磷酸二
