随着社会化水平的不断提高,企业对其发展的探索也在逐步的深入,结合当下的企业发展环境分析,柔性管理在企业经济管理中的作用可以说是越来越重要。管理是一个企业的核心追求,只有拥有科学合理的管理模式才能促进企业在激烈的竞争中立于不败之地。柔性管理的发展给管理者带来了更大的发展机遇,通过柔性管理在企业经济管理中的应用,能够拉近管理者和企业员工的距离,增加企业员工的归属感以及对企业文化、理念的认同感,更好地服务于企业。文章针对这一点对柔性管理在企业经济管理中的作用进行了展开分析和论述。
