地质勘察行业自建国以来就作为一项战略性的工作得到广泛重视、它与经济建设、国家发展导向紧密联系。地质勘察兼垄断性、竞争性、未知性与一体,因此决定了地质勘察行业资金的不确定性。收到金融危机的冲击,财政拨款不足,经营者资金压力增大,如何开源成为此行业亟需解决的重要问题,怎样利用市场融资谋求可持续发展已成为工作重心。本文分析了地质勘察行业现状及问题,有效的提出多样化融资模式方案。
Geological prospecting industry has been widely regarded as a strategic task since its foundation, and it is closely linked with economic development and national development orientation. Geological exploration and monopolistic, competitive, unknown and one, thus determining the geological prospecting industry funds uncertainty. How to exploit market financing to seek sustainable development has become the focus of our work when we receive the impact of the financial crisis, inadequate financial allocations, and increased financial pressure on operators. How to open up new sources has become an urgent issue to be solved in this industry. This article analyzes the current situation and problems of geological prospecting industry and effectively proposes a diversified financing mode.
