培养孩子在人际活动中能与人合作,共享成果,是《幼儿园教育指导纲要》提出的要求,但是,当今许多幼儿缺乏合作的技能和方法。所以,我园一直注重幼儿在自主活动中培养幼儿的合作能力的探究,形成了自己的富有成效的特色做法。本文阐述我园通过开展丰富多彩的游戏活动,培养幼儿学会合作、主动合作的能力,总结出培养幼儿提高合作能力的一些做法,取得初步成效。
Developing children’s ability to work together and share results in interpersonal activities is a requirement of the Kindergarten Education Guidance Outline, but many children today lack the skills and methods to collaborate. Therefore, I park has been focusing on young children in their own activities in the development of young children’s ability to explore cooperation, formed its own productive practice. This article elaborates that I Park achieved some initial results by developing a variety of game activities, cultivating the ability of children to learn to cooperate and take the initiative to cooperate, summed up some practices of cultivating children’s ability to enhance cooperation.
