门座起重机大型回转支承属于低速重载类型的回转支承,该类型回转支承目前缺乏有限的检测手段,且现场环境较为复杂,现场测试经验不足。文中基于回转支承的实际使用工况及故障特点提出了试验方案,并在现场完成回转支承测试,以振动信号分析方法对回转支承的故障进行了故障诊断,对大型回转支承的现场测试和故障诊断具有指导意义。
The large rotary slewing bearing of the portal crane belongs to the slewing bearing of the low speed and heavy load type.
