截至6月30日止,河池市财政收入1862.2万元,比去年同期增长18.72%,完成年度计划任务的54.67%,实现时间过半,任务过半.其中,工商税收入1788万元,占全市财政收入的95.7%.这是河池市税务局克服种种困难,挖掘潜力组织税收取得的成果.其主要的经验是:一、明确目标落实任务.今年初,市税务局继续推行目标管理责任制,把自治区定的税收任务分解到分局、股、所、站等征收单位,单位又进一步分解到各人。接着,又及时召开各征收单位负责人会议,调整措施,保证“双过半”任务的完成.全局14个基层征收单位,有11个超额完成了上半年任务。
