老干部工作是党的干部工作的重要组成部分,同时也是一项影响大局,牵动中心的工作。老干部为中国革命和建设事业以及铁路发展做出过突出贡献,他们离退休后仍然对社会的稳定和发展起着很大的促进作用。基于这种认识,文章根据在加强老干部工作方面做的探索和实践,对当前老干部工作中存在的一些问题进行了分析和思考。
The work of veteran cadres is an important part of the party’s work as a cadre. It is also a work that affects the overall situation and affects the center. Veteran cadres have made outstanding contributions to the cause of revolution and construction in China and to the development of the railway. Since their retirement, veteran cadres have played a significant role in promoting social stability and development. Based on this understanding, based on the exploration and practice of strengthening the work of veteran cadres, the article analyzes and thinks about some problems existing in the work of current veteran cadres.
