“减轻学生负担,提高教学质量”是教学改革的中心问題,是教育工作者的一项光荣而艰巨的革命任务。教学改革以来,数学教育工作者通过党的教育方针和主席教育思想的学习,深刻地认识到教学改革工作的重要性和必要性,从而积极地投入了教学改革运动。作者在过去五个多月的时间里,随同安徽省厅视导组走过省內十四所中学,观摩学习,获益不少。但也感到在教改过程中不同程度地出现了新的形式主义教学现象。如只注意減轻学生负担,而忽视了提高教学质量;少而精变成少而不精;精讲多练变成少讲少练等等。更严重的问題是个別教师备课的要求不高,教材鉆不深扣不紧,课堂上有时出现概念不清的错誤。例如有初三
