上海韦尔半导体股份有限公司成立于2007年5月,地处有“中国硅谷”之称的张江高科技园区。主营业务为集成电路、计算机软硬件的设计、开发、销售,注册资本金9000万元人民币。公司把创新和人才作为企业持续发展的立足点,致力于半导体器件自主知识产权的研发和设计。时至今日,已拥有了一支具有较强研发和自主创新能力的核心骨干技术团队,先后获得了集成电路设计企业、上海市高新技术企业、ISO9001:2008、GB/T19001-2008、浦东新区企业研发机构、科技小巨人培育型企业、国家规划布局内集成电路设计企业等多项资质认定,现为上海市集成电路行业协会第四届理事会理事单位。
