目的探讨骨水平种植体(ANKYLOS)和软组织水平种植体(XIVE)在种植完成负重后的短期、中长期骨稳定性的差异。方法采用牙片和曲面断层片观察50例XIVE和68例ANKYLOS单牙种植患者在修复完成后3、6、12个月的植体周围牙槽骨高度的变化,比较骨吸收高度的差异。结果 XIVE种植体在植入后1年内,种植体周围牙槽骨呈进行性吸收,ANKYLOS种植体在植入后1年内,种植体周围牙槽骨有缓慢吸收,吸收速度呈匀速状;两种种植体在不同观察期,骨吸收水平ANKYLOS优于XIVE。结论在排除了表面处理技术和负重条件等重要影响条件下,在种植体周围骨吸收的环节上,骨水平种植体ANKYLOS要优于软组织水平种植体XIVE。
Objective To investigate the differences of short-term, long-term and long-term bone stability of bone-level implant (ANKYLOS) and soft tissue horizontal implant (XIVE) Methods The changes of alveolar bone height at 3, 6, and 12 months after repair were observed in 50 cases of XIVE and 68 cases of ANKYLOS single dental implants, and the difference of bone resorption height was compared. Results In one year after implantation, the alveolar bone around the implant was progressively absorbed by the XIVE implant. The ANKYLOS implant slowly absorbed the alveolar bone around the implant within 1 year after implantation, and the absorption rate was uniform. Implants at different periods of observation, bone resorption levels ANKYLOS better than XIVE. Conclusion With the important influence of surface treatment and load-bearing conditions, ANKYLOS is superior to soft tissue horizontal implant XIVE in bone resorption.
