为了解心钠素（ＡＮＰ）对急性脑梗塞患者的影响。采用放射免疫法检测４５例高血压脑梗塞患者血浆ＡＮＰ含量水平。并与３３例健康者的ＡＮＰ含量进行比较。结果发现高血压性脑梗塞患者急性期血浆ＡＮＰ含量水平明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），其中又以大梗塞组ＡＮＰ降低更为明显（Ｐ＜０．００１）。提示ＡＮＰ的测定可能作为判断脑梗塞患者病情及预后的一项指标之一。
To understand the impact of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP) on patients with acute cerebral infarction. The level of plasma ANP in 45 patients with hypertensive cerebral infarction was detected by radioimmunoassay. And compared with 33 healthy subjects ANP content. The results showed that plasma levels of ANP in patients with hypertensive cerebral infarction were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.01), especially in patients with large infarction (P <0.001). It is suggested that the determination of ANP may be used as an indicator to judge the condition and prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction.
