马圈中的马不可能全都跑得一样快,马有优劣之分;同样生活在同一蓝天下的人们不可能全都过着富裕快乐的生活。人有了贫富差异,那么学校这个小社会中也就有了贫困生和富裕生之分。富裕的学生是不屑于国家助学贷款的,但国家助学贷款对于贫困的学生来说却如雪中送炭。
