4月中旬,有幸参加中国石油报社与大庆局宣传部联合举行的继承和发扬铁人精神座谈会。座谈会以纪念铁人王进喜诞辰80周年和1205钻井队建队50周年为发端,就目前形势下,联系集团公司在建设具有国际竞争力的跨国企业集团中提出企业文化建设问题,邀请当年曾与王进喜同志并肩战斗过的战友、后来在铁人精神的感召下作出突出成绩的模范人物,先后进行了两次。通过聆听这些人物的发言,我对铁人精神及王进喜个人的性格特点更加明晰。受座谈会上发言内容的启发,考虑到集团公司正在组织深入学习大庆精神、铁人精神的活动,感到有必要就当前学习铁人精神中应注意的几个问题提出来讨论和再认识。

Comrades fought side by side comrades, and later inspired by the spirit of the iron man to make outstanding achievements in the exemplary figure, has conducted twice. By listening to these people’s speeches, I am more explicit about the personal characteristics of the Iron Man and Wang Jinxi. Inspired by the speech at the forum, considering that the group companies are organizing activities that deepen the study of the spirit of Daqing and the iron man, it is necessary to discuss and re-understand several issues that should be paid attention to in the current study of the humanist spirit.
