利用随机扩增多态性 DNA ( RAPD)技术 ,对抗病×感病的葡萄种间杂交组合白河 - 35 - 1×佳利酿的亲本及其 F1 代的 2 4株杂种进行了抗白粉病的遗传分析 ,从 196个随机引物中获得了 1个与中国野生葡萄抗白粉病基因连锁的 RAPD标记 OPV0 3- 1380 ,并在中国野生葡萄华东株系和欧洲葡萄品种中进行了分析验证。
The resistance to susceptible powdery mildew was detected in the parents of the crosses and the hybrids of F1 hybrids of Baihe - 35 - 1 × Jiali by the random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technique. , A RAPD marker OPV0 3- 1380 linked to the powdery mildew resistance gene of Chinese wild grapes was obtained from 196 random primers. The results were analyzed and verified in the Chinese wild Vitis vinifera strains and European grape cultivars.
