近几年的发展表明,作为一个与市场及其环境变化相脱离的独立单位来进行生产运作的生产企业,已寥寥无几。与市场和顾客的密切联系、所有工业流程速度的加快及各流程的变化,这一切都迫使企业与顾客和社会展开经常性的沟通交流。因而,与之相关联的组织变革将有别于已为人们所熟知的用于提高生产率和效率的措施。新的任务和职能范围的变化都要求各种组织允许其全体员工进行学习,并能随时适应新的任务。在研究先行企业的重组和重构的解决方法之后,来自马格德堡的弗朗霍夫工厂管理和自动化研究所的分析结果表明,当前的企业组织形式距离理想的学习型企业组织有多么远。
Recent developments have shown that very few manufacturing enterprises operate as an independent unit that is separated from the market and its environment. Close contact with the market and customers, the acceleration of all industrial processes and changes in processes are all forcing businesses to communicate regularly with their customers and with society. Thus, the organizational changes associated therewith will be different from the well-known measures for increasing productivity and efficiency. New mandates and changes in the functions required all organizations to allow their entire workforce to learn and adapt to new tasks at all times. The analysis of the Fraunhofer Institute for Plant Management and Automation from Magdeburg shows how far the current organization of the business is from the ideal learning organization .
