武汉方言中的“这”大量地用于表示程度副词,该用法与现代汉语普通话相悖。通过对文献及方言语料中“这”的意义、用法进行历史与现实的考察,明确武汉方言中“这”字的用法有历史语源依据和同时代方言支持。由此窥见南北方方言在这方面的差异。
Wuhan dialect “this ” is used in large measure to express degree adverbs, which is contrary to modern Chinese mandarin. Through the study of the meaning and usage of “this” in the corpus and the dialect, we can make a historical and realistic investigation of the use of this word. It is clarified that the use of the word “this” in Wuhan dialect has historical etymological basis and contemporary dialect support. From this we can get a glimpse of the difference between the dialects in this area.
