2005年4月胡锦涛总书记和中国国民党主席连战先生会谈达成了重要共识,要加强大陆居民赴台旅游管理,保障赴台旅游健康有序地开展。随着《大陆居民赴台湾地区旅游管理办法》颁布,旅游业界人士多数非常看好这一市场,笔者与团队成员则通过问卷调查的形式,对大陆居民赴台湾地区旅游的市场需求作了一个初步探索。意在通过实际调查,用数据验证这一预测。同时,为政府和旅行社开发赴台旅游项目提供相应的参考建议。
In April 2005, General Secretary Hu Jintao and the KMT Chairman Lien Chan reached important consensus at the talks. We should step up administration of tourism to mainland residents in mainland China and safeguard the healthy and orderly development of tourism in Taiwan. With the promulgation of the “Measures for the Administration of Mainland Residents to Travel in Taiwan,” most of the people in the tourism industry are very optimistic about this market. The author and team members made a tentative exploration of the market demand for mainland residents going to Taiwan for tourism through questionnaire surveys . The intention is to validate this forecast with data through actual surveys. At the same time, the government and travel agencies to develop tourism projects in Taiwan to provide the appropriate reference.
