目的:研究新生儿振幅整合脑电图(aEEG)的特点,为新生儿脑损伤提供早期诊断的依据。方法:选取2012年3月~2013年5月在我院妇产科出生30例脑损伤的新生儿作为实验组,再选取30例无脑损伤的新生儿作为对照组,使用脑电图仪对这两组新生儿进行监测,通过分析实验组和对照组的aEEG背景连续性、窄带下界振幅、睡眠觉醒周期等方面的特点[1]。结果:aEEG背景连续性、窄带下界振幅、睡眠觉醒周期性对于实验组来说,均低于对照组。结论:振幅整合脑电图(aEEG)在早期预测和诊断新生儿脑损伤方面具有比较高的敏感性,具有重要的临床研究价值。“,”By Studying of neonatal amplitude-integrated electroencephalogram (aEEG) characteristics, providing basis for early diagnosis of neonatal brain injury. The two groups of infants were monitored using an electroencephalograph, through the analysis of the experimental group and the control group aEEG background continuity, narrow lower amplitude, the sleep wake cycle and other aspects [1]. Results: aEEG background continuity, narrow lower amplitude, sleep wake cycle for the experimental group, were lower than the control group. Conclusion: amplitude integrated electroencephalography (aEEG) has a relatively high sensitivity in the early prediction and diagnosis of neonatal brain injury, has important value in clinical research.
