中式风格在业界中最为常见。是以宫廷建筑为代表的中国古典建筑的室内装饰设计艺术风格,气势恢弘、壮丽华贵、高空间、大进深、雕梁画栋、金碧辉煌,造型讲究对称,色彩讲究对比装饰材料以木材为主,图案多龙、凤、龟、狮等,精雕细琢、瑰丽奇巧。但中式风格的装修造价较高,且缺乏现代气息,只能在家居中点缀使用。中国传统的室内设计融合了庄重与优雅双重气质。现在的中式风格更多地利用了后现代手法,把传统的结构形式通过重新设计组合以另一种民族特色的标志符号出现。
