为了提高场地的利用率和节约资金,在起吊不很重的工件时,我们常采用曲线轨道电动葫芦吊机。为了使电缆与吊机同向同步移动,我们把电缆直接吊挂在工字钢上,其结构见附图所示。图中推板通过焊接或其他方法与滚轮支架固定。电缆通过钢丝滑架和推板最后与吊机电器部分相接。这样当吊机前进时,推板拉着电缆沿轨道跟着前进,当吊机往回走时,推板推着滑架往回走,将电缆收回。需要注意的是:钢丝滑架宽度l不能比工字钢轨
