本文对300例脑震荡者,其中儿童50例,成人250例进行脑电图检查及分析。结果两组脑电图异常率均高于健康对照组,近期脑电图异常率儿童组远高于成人组,分别为52%以及18.4%,P<0.001,而异常脑电图复查者中儿童组异常脑电图的恢复较成人组为快,分别为94.4%及56.3%,P<0.01,对儿童组中性别差异及学龄前与学龄后的脑电图异常率比较,显示无明显差异,P>0.05。笔者认为脑震荡后少年儿童脑功能的紊乱较之成人更易出现,可能与少年儿童大脑发育未达成熟脑功能欠稳定有关,而少儿组异常脑电图的恢复较成人为快则可能是其自我修复、调节
In this paper, 300 cases of concussion, including 50 children, 250 cases of adult EEG examination and analysis. Results The EEG abnormalities in both groups were higher than those in healthy controls.
