在0.5—7M盐酸溶液中,金和钯可被巯基棉定量吸附,同时少量铂也被吸附(约1—3%)。若在吸附前,将溶液先经盐酸和过氧化氢氧化处理,铂的吸附率可大大降低,在6M盐酸溶液中降至0.01%以下。在此条件下,大量铜、镍、铁、钴和其他铂族元素均不被吸附。金和钯被巯基棉吸附后难于洗脱,我们采取在少量氯化钠存在下用硝酸、高氯酸和硫酸冒烟,彻底破坏巯基棉,然后用盐酸和过氧化氢溶解。所得溶液适合于用结晶紫光度法测定金,继以双十二烷基二硫代乙二酰胺(DDO)光度法测定钯。金和钯量在2—30微克/10毫升范围内符合比尔定律。方法简便、快速,对纯铂中0.0005%以上金和钯的测定其相对偏
In 0.5-7M hydrochloric acid solution, gold and palladium can be quantitatively adsorbed by sulfhydryl cotton, while a small amount of platinum is also adsorbed (about 1-3%). If the adsorption before the solution was first hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide oxidation treatment, platinum adsorption rate can be greatly reduced in 6M hydrochloric acid solution to 0.01% or less. Under this condition, a large amount of copper, nickel, iron, cobalt and other platinum group elements are not adsorbed. Gold and palladium are difficult to elute after being absorbed by thiol cotton. We smoke with nitric acid, perchloric acid and sulfuric acid in the presence of a small amount of sodium chloride to destroy thiol cotton completely and then dissolve it with hydrochloric acid and hydrogen peroxide. The resulting solution is suitable for the determination of gold by the crystal violet spectrophotometry followed by the determination of palladium by the dodecyl dithioethane diamide (DDO) spectrophotometry. Beer’s law is obeyed for gold and palladium in the range of 2-30 μg / 10 ml.
